Julia Cushing is a Senior Environmental Planner at Savanta with over 14 years of experience conducting environmental assessments with a focus on renewable energy projects. In her role, Julia is responsible for managing projects, liaising with clients and developing business opportunities. Julia enjoys working with her team to find solutions for her clients and to bring projects to fruition. Julia’s volunteer experience with WiRE began in 2014. For the past several years, Julia has been a member of the Advisory Committee, has led the Networking Subcommittee and has worked closely with WiRE’s Chapters across Canada as WiRE continues to grow into new regions. Julia is thrilled to join the WiRE Board of Directors and is looking forward to expanding her role and contributing to WiRE’s meaningful presence in the energy industry.
