Esra Tokmakci is a recruitment consultant and the owner of Fora Talent, a local small business in Ontario, Canada. She provides talent acquisition services for engineering and management roles for industrial clients. Esra has a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical University and over 25 years of international experience in the telecommunication and energy sectors. She is a certified project management professional from Project Management Institute and has worked as a Senior Project Manager in the energy sector for the last decade. She has managed projects in various fields, such as Energy Distribution, transmission, PV Power Plants, I&C Networks, Natural Gas Power Plants turbine maintenance and services. Esra volunteers for the WiRE International Committee in Canada, and was involved with WiRE at the beginning of Turkey Chapter’s introduction.
